Industry professionals are invited to nominate companies that are driving meaningful changes to technology in the mortgage and real estate industries. Finalists will be featured in the April 2025 edition of MortgagePoint.

Eligibility Information
Nominated organizations must serve the mortgage, real estate, or housing markets, and must provide technology or software designed to serve those markets.
Once the nomination period is closed, a panel of industry experts, which may include MortgagePoint’s Editorial Advisory Board, leadership from The Five Star Institute’s Membership groups, MortgagePoint’s editorial staff, and others, will vote on the final award recipient lineup. The list of Award recipients will be announced on themortgagepoint.com and in MP Daily, and all award recipients will be profiled in the April 2025 edition of MortgagePoint magazine.
Announcement Details
Nomination Period: Nominations may be submitted until February 28, 2025.
Winners Announcement: Winners will be announced first in the April issue of MortgagePoint followed by an online announcement.

1. How much does it cost to nominate a company?
Each nomination submission costs $500.
2. Can I nominate my own company?
Yes, of course!
3. What is the best way to explain why my nomination should win?
Craft a concise yet compelling value proposition highlighting the company’s key technology, impact, and measurable success. Briefly describe your innovative solutions, emphasizing how they drive growth, cost efficiency, and industry impact. Use quantifiable metrics to showcase client success, competitive differentiation, and revenue growth. Please note that all shared metrics are subject to being featured in winner profiles.
4. My nominee’s technology is proprietary/confidential. How can I share their information to be assessed while ensuring that the information remains private?
Winner profiles may highlight any information given in the initial submission. We do not recommend including proprietary information in the initial submission but share confidentially in follow-up communication.
5. My nominee has not been associated with MortgagePoint in the past. Can it still be nominated?
Yes! We want to spotlight the latest and greatest technology to our community, regardless of whether the company has previously associated with us.
6. I missed the deadline, can I still nominate a company?
We allow a grace period of one week after the submission deadline for an additional late fee of $100.
7. Can I nominate the company, its employees, or myself for future awards?
Yes! You may make submissions for multiple awards. Please note that each nomination requires a separate submission fee.
8. Will I be able to see who else was nominated for this award?
We keep all nominees confidential until winners are publicly announced.
9. When will I be notified if my nominee has won?
Winners are notified at the same time as the public announcement and receive the winner assets listed above under “Nominee and Winner Perks”
