Andrew Collins joined Potestivo & Associates, P.C. in February 2014, and he is located in the firm’s Rochester, Michigan, office, where he serves as the firm’s Director of Human Resources. Prior to his current role, he was the Office Manager for the Michigan office. He began his career at Potestivo & Associates, P.C. as a Foreclosure Coordinator, learning the full scope of the Illinois foreclosure process. His willingness to learn and grasp new concepts quickly, soon led to a transition to the role of Case Management Assistant. In that role, he was instrumental in the implementation of the firm’s updated operating system and was also uniquely situated to gain a working knowledge of each department within the firm. That knowledge ultimately lead to his promotion to Office Manager for the Michigan office. As Office Manager, he helped guide the staff through the pandemic, ensuring staff were able to work remotely, and implementing safety measures to maintain a safe work environment.
