Eligibility and Announcement Details
Nominated organizations must have experience in the mortgage servicing industry and have employees that meet local and federal mortgage servicing regulatory requirements.
Nominations may be submitted until July 31, 2025.
All recipients will be announced publicly in September 2025, following a review by an expert panel that includes MortgagePoint editorial leadership, the NMSA advisory board, and industry veterans.

1. How much does it cost to nominate a company?
Each nomination submission costs $500.
2. Can I nominate my own company?
Yes, you can nominate any company that you feel matches the eligibility criteria, including your own.
3. What is the best way to explain why my nomination should win?
Provide a concise and compelling value proposition that distinguishes your company as a leader in the mortgage lending industry. Highlight the core qualities and values that drive your success and enable exceptional service to borrowers. Where possible, include quantifiable metrics that demonstrate client impact, competitive advantages, and revenue growth. Please note that any submitted metrics may be featured in award recipient profiles.
4. My nominated company also provides others services, including Mortgage Lending. Can I nominate them for additional awards?
Yes! Companies may be nominated for any award that they qualify for, including both lending and servicing. Each nomination requires a separate nomination fee, but we are currently offering a nomination bundle to nominate a company for both the Lending Excellence and Servicing Excellence awards at a discount. This bundle is available for both awards as long as both award nomination periods are open.
5. My nominee has not been associated with MortgagePoint in the past. Can it still be nominated?
Yes! We want to spotlight the companies that demonstrate exceptional service, innovation, and success the mortgage servicing industry, regardless of whether the company has previously associated with us.
6. Will I be able to see who else was nominated for this award?
We keep all nominees confidential until recipients are publicly announced.
7. When will I be notified if my nominee has won?
Recipients are notified shortly before the public announcement and receive the award assets listed above under “Nominee and Award Recipient Perks.”
