Session I: A C-Suite Perspective on Servicing Challenges
Bringing together top representatives from the servicing space, this panel discussion will cover current challenges faced in the servicing market. They will delve into topics such as the looming CFPB amendments, to Reg X and the effects of the “Show Me State” case on the foreclosure process.

Session II: Key Conversations With Government Agencies and Enterprises
During this panel, attendees will hear from industry leaders on recent changes including reporting requirements for cyber-attacks, VASP implementation, FHA Payment Supplemental, and other current issues affecting the mortgage servicing industry. Join us for a new series from the Library of Mortgage Servicing: “Mapping the Loss Mitigation Minefields.” Panelists will provide key overviews of mortgage servicing’s most pivotal works. They will chill you with “Tales from the Underwriter: Frighteningly Common Loss Mitigation Traps and How to Avoid Them.” After this episode, you will gain comfort with “Best Practices for Communicating Needs and Outcomes.” Time permitting, they will also review the latest off the presses with “A Post-Chevron Regulatory World.”

Panelists for this session will include Clayton Gordon, Director, Default Mediation and Litigation for Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, and Reg Shepherd, Executive Principal, Client Relations for Xome.
