In this role, Beach is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive suite of compliance management programs, which encompass all facets of risk, compliance, audits, exams, vendor risk governance, and information security. She is also dedicated to maintaining compliance with the ever-changing landscape of data privacy and artificial intelligence laws.

Callahan provides strategic leadership to ensure operational services to the business are being supported in a timely, impactful, and cost-effective manner. Previously, Callahan served as SVP of Mortgage Servicing Technology at Mr. Cooper. He was responsible for the modernization and digital transformation of technology including mobile and cloud services. Results increased operational efficiency, enhanced cyber security, data management, and analytics.

Getting Ahead of Tomorrow: Innovations in Mortgage Servicing Technology
Discover how cutting-edge technologies are revolutionizing mortgage servicing operations. A panel of innovators and industry veterans, including James Curl, CTO of Xome and Courtney Thompson, EVP, Head of Servicing for CMG Financial, will discuss the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities that can take your mortgage servicing operations to the next level. Whether you are a lender, servicer, or technology provider, this session will uncover what’s next for the industry as the tech space continues to evolve.

In his role with Xome, Curl leads initiatives to create and source transformative technology solutions. He is a seasoned executive with experience leading customer-focused digital transformation, technology innovation, new product development, and market introduction. Prior to joining Xome, Curl served as VP of Enterprise and Emerging Technology at T-Mobile, where he led cross-functional teams of product managers and engineers to deliver market-shaping technology products, including T-Mobile’s consumer home internet. Before his time at T-Mobile, he worked at Deloitte Consulting in technology strategy and architecture service.

Thompson has been pushing the servicing industry forward for more than a decade through high-risk regulatory solution management, operations, innovation, and human-first strategies. She started out in litigation, advisory, and consulting centered around consumer financial protection law. Then, she was Flagstar Bank’s SVP, Default Servicing Operations, for a better part of a decade. In this role, she led a best-in-class team that focused on delivering transparency in the default mortgage servicing process. Through her leadership with the bank’s mortgage-specific fintech accelerator program, Thompson learned the value of having strong partnerships with the fintech community. In 2021, she launched Consigliera, a forward-thinking organization that builds bridges between financial institutions and the fintech community to deliver meaningful, connected, and efficient solutions in the servicing realm.
