JT Grubbs, EVP, Head of Servicing, Selene Finance

JT Grubbs has over 17 years’ experience in financial services and real estate. Prior to joining Selene, Grubbs held executive roles leading all aspects of mortgage originations, servicing, and default at Countrywide, JPMorgan Chase, and Capital One. Grubbs holds a bachelor’s degree from East Texas Baptist University.

Michael Merritt, SVP, Customer Care & Mortgage Default, BOK Financial

Michael Merritt oversees mortgage servicing contact centers and default servicing divisions at BOK Financial, encompassing Customer Service and Default contact centers, as well as managing the Loss Mitigation Processing, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Claims, Post-Sale, and Loss Analysis teams. He previously managed mortgage subservicers at Goldman Sachs and played integral roles at Mr. Cooper Mortgage, primarily in Customer Care, Loss Mitigation, and First Line of Defense. Merritt holds an MLS in Risk Management from Texas A&M School of Law, an MBA from Texas Tech University, and a BA in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University.

Courtney Thompson, EVP, Head of Servicing, CMG Financial

Courtney Thompson, EVP, Head of Servicing at CMG Financial, has over 20 years of experience in high-risk regulatory solution management, operations, innovation, and human-first strategies. Passionate about bringing the consumer to the forefront of converged mortgage universe through the delivery of meaningful, connected, efficient solutions, she has held executive roles in technology, fintech, consulting, and servicing operations. Committed to the fact that “there’s got to be a better way,” Thompson is leading by example with CMG’s new servicing strategy. She has a real knack for deploying innovation in legacy processes.
