Five Star’s Government Forum Returns to D.C. This April

Event assembles industry stakeholders and government agencies to discuss the industry’s most pressing issues

On Tuesday, April 16, at The National Press Club in Washington, D.C., Five Star’s 2024 Government Forum will be held. The 14th annual installment of the Five Star Government Forum is a day-long gathering where mortgage servicing leaders and government agencies have a forum to discuss the industry’s most pressing issues, and work together to develop solutions the industry overall.

The event assembles mortgage servicing executives, representatives from top government agencies, and others in the industry under one roof to plot the course of the housing economy for 2024 and beyond.

One major force behind the event is to keep open the lines of communication between mortgage industry stakeholders and government decision-makers as they set forth the policies that will continue to support the American Dream of homeownership for all.

Topics to be discussed at the 2024 Government Forum include an in-depth analysis of the current state of the mortgage industry from top-level servicing executives, an economic update from a panel of industry experts, an examination of how government and policy are shaping the landscape for mortgage servicers, and a discussion of strategies for navigating the dynamic terrain of loan servicing, featuring insights from mortgage professionals, government officials, executives from the GSEs, and other subject-matter experts.

The diverse perspectives from professionals representing all sectors of the mortgage servicing industry ensure a rich and comprehensive experience, offering attendees a broader understanding of the challenges and opportunities involved.
