Pending Home Sales Reach Their Highest Level Since 2022

According to a recent study, U.S. pending home sales increased year-over-year, reaching their highest level since September 2022 on a seasonally adjusted basis, as more buyers "may lose some negotiating power," according to Chen Zhao, Head of Economics Research at Redfin.
